International Shipments

  • Items can take 2-3 weeks for delivery barring weather/customs/shipping delays.  Please note that we have no control over the item once we hand it over to the post office.
  • Import duties, taxes and import charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. –do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please note that your local post office may charge you an import tax before delivery. The tax is the responsibility of the buyer because we have no way of collecting and paying for your country's import tax. The charge is estimated at around $14.00 USD.

Tariff Charge

Some countries require a tariff tax for items purchased. This is out of our control as this charge is mandated by the postal service in your area.

Shipping and Returns FAQs

Can I cancel my order. Already Shipped.

Unfortunately, We ship items so fast that the item has already shipped and is on its way. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We can cancel the transaction if you do not want the item. To cancel the transaction, Please refuse the item when it is delivered. You can return the item for a full refund. Please write, "refused, return to sender". Then drop the package off at the post office. There should be no charge for postage. We will issue a full refund to your account as soon as the return item is refused. Please notify us when you refuse the package so we can expedite the refund.

Can you expedite shipping?

Items are shipped USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking. We do not offer overnight shipping at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Your item has shipped and is on its way. Items usually take 3 business days to arrive after payment clears.

Can you combine shipping?

We can ship two exhausts together in one box for $13. The price for two of these 2" exhausts is

$90+ $13 priority shipping. These exhausts are made to exit the right side of the motorcycle. If you need a dual exhaust setup where one exhaust exits the right side and one exhaust exits the left side, please let us know.

If you would like to make a purchase, let us know your full email address so we can send a PAYPAL invoice for the particular exhaust you need.

International import tax

Our products only comes with a one-year warranty.

COVID-19 Delay

We have no control over the package once we hand the package over to the post office. There have been many shipping delays due to Covid-19. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I change my address after shipment?

Unfortunately, We ship items so fast that we were unable to stop shipments before the item left our shipping facility. When the package arrives, please mark, "refused, return to sender". Do not remove or cover up the original shipping label. Then drop the package off in a mailbox. There should be no charge for postage as long as the package is not opened.

Item show delivered, but I did not receive it.

All items are shipped USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking. Please respond to this message with your full shipping address so we can confirm we have the correct address on file. We can file an insurance claim for the lost item as soon as we confirm the shipping address on file is correct.

Already shipped return item. When will I receive a refund?

Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we'll issue you a full refund back to your account.

International return

You can return the item for a full refund. We are unable to send you a prepaid return shipping label because you are not located in the United States. You can simply return the item to:

Please ship the item the cheapest shipment method and we will reimburse you for return shipping postage. Take a photo of the return shipping receipt and send it to us, we will be able to expedite the refund including return shipping postage.

When will item ship?

Items are shipped out Monday through Friday with a shipping cutoff time of 2:00PM Eastern Time. Your payment cleared after our shipping cutoff time and will leave our shipping facility today. Items usually arrive within 3 business days from shipping. We will update the tracking number when the item leaves our facility.

Option to return

We will file an insurance claim for the lost package. You have 2 options. Option 1: We can ship you another exhaust. Option 2: We can issue you a full refund.

Arriving late

We have no control over the package once we hand the items over to the shipping company. If the item is lost during transit, we will be able to file an insurance claim with USPS.
