The California Air Resources Board (CARB) sets and enforces emissions regulations for vehicles and aftermarket parts within the state of California. These regulations apply specifically to components that may affect emissions output, such as exhaust systems, catalytic converters, and fuel controllers.

Radiant Cycles products are designed for riders nationwide, but not all exhaust systems are approved for use on California highways. Unless an aftermarket exhaust has received a valid CARB Executive Order (EO) confirming that it does not reduce or bypass emissions controls, it is not considered legal for highway use in California.

• CARB-Approved Products: Any Radiant Cycles exhausts that receive CARB approval will be clearly marked as such and may be legally used and sold in California for on-road motorcycles.
• Non-CARB Products: Products without a CARB EO are not legal for sale or highway use in California. These items are intended only for closed course competition or off-road use where emissions regulations do not apply.
• Shipping Restrictions: Radiant Cycles does not ship non-CARB compliant exhaust products to California addresses unless the item is specifically designated for competition/off-road use.
